- Travel to the Greenclaw Swamp south-east of Venore.
- Navigate through the dense swamp, fighting Wasps, Swamp Trolls, and Poison Spiders.
- Find the hidden cave entrance in the swamp.
- Inside, locate the quest chest.
- Open the chest to collect either a Blood Herb or a Witchesbroom.

- Bring an Antidote — many creatures here deal poison damage.
