Walkthrough
- Go to the Ancient Temple in Thais and descend into the underground.
- Navigate through the sewers heading south-west until you find the Ghoul area.
- The quest room is behind a narrow passage guarded by multiple Ghouls.
- Open the chest to collect the Garlic Necklace and Club Ring.
Tips
- Ghouls deal Life Drain damage — bring extra healing.
- This quest has no level requirement but is recommended for level 20+.
